5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Upcycling designer Sinah Schlemmer from AMARAN creative presents her film and her newly released book about the people whose textile donations she processed into a second life cycle. A sustainable corporate philosophy with very personal components.
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Break with book signing, drinks, and get-together
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Barbara Gebhardt from NIX, Marte Hentschel from VORN, Elisa Braun from INASKA, and Marcus Hartrey from MARKET LIFESTORE discuss sustainable sourcing strategies, innovative production technologies, and how shopping environments can promote a mindset for conscious, slowed-down consumption. This is the highlight of Fashion Fusion. More than 30 designers and fashion brands present their collections on a large catwalk in front of the monkey window.
BIKINI FASHION FUSION
BIKINI FASHION FUSION is an event series by Bikini Berlin that combines fashion, exchange, and inspiration. At the intersection of fashion show, networking event, and creative hub, it provides a platform for everyone who values conscious fashion and inspiring encounters.
The concept is built on three pillars: WALKS—fashion shows that put independent labels and their collections in the spotlight; TALKS—formats for dialogue and knowledge exchange regarding fashion, sustainability, and design; and THE VIEW—a perspective on the impact fashion can have, paired with the unique atmosphere of Bikini Berlin.
A central element is the Slow Fashion Pop-Up Box, where selected independent fashion brands present their collections. All participating labels are characterized by responsible business concepts—from sustainable materials and fair production to transparent supply chains. Visitors can experience and try on the collections directly on-site and engage in conversation with the creators behind the brands.
BIKINI FASHION FUSION sees itself as a meeting place—a format that doesn't just showcase fashion, but drives the discourse on how the fashion of tomorrow can be shaped.
