Holzmarkt 25

Who we are and what we want

We are Holzmarkt25. As a cooperative network, we are shaping a neighbourhood on the River Spree. We are creating a place that remains different: an open riverbank with an urban village, and in the middle, a marketplace in the truest sense. Here there is work and leisure, exchange and debate, space for creativity and dreams – and, of course, good food. The Holzmarkt is a place for people from the neighbourhood and from all over the world. Never finished, always evolving.

We want to give culture, creativity, and small and medium-sized enterprises a space in the heart of the city, preserve established networks – and build new ones together.
